Where do we ship?

Australia-wide!

We don’t post internationally.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is automatically applied to your order at checkout when you spend $65 or more, after any discounts have been applied. Free shipping applies to most metro and large regional centres and excludes remote postcodes.

Bulky items, heavy items greater than 10kg, and orders exceeding 20kg, are excluded from free shipping, and postage will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. If a heavy/bulky item or order is completed in error without an individual shipping quote being provided for said item(s), we will contact the customer with a shipping quote and give the customer the option of a full refund or to pay additional shipping costs to satisfy the shipping quote costs.

Bendigo deliveries in the Bendigo metro postcode area (3550,3551,3555,3556) will qualify for Free Shipping when their order spend is $50 or more, after any discounts have been applied.  

Shipping Rates

The shipping cost is calculated on the size and weight of your order at checkout.

Remote Areas - An additional handling fee will be applied for shipping to remote postcodes due to the increased cost of shipping to those areas. A postcode is considered remote when listed in the 'Sendle - Australia National and Remote Delivery Zones' document available on their website. 

Bendigo Metro - A flat rate of $6.95 applies for shipping to Bendigo metro postcodes (3550,3551,3555,3556).

Returns Policy

Jollypets.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order for an exchange or store credit, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Item(s) must be in their original and unopened condition (with tags & packaging if applicable).

The purchaser will bear the cost of return shipping & handling unless Jolly Pets is at fault. 

If there is a fault with your order contact us with your order number, name & photos. Where a fault exists, Jolly Pets will process a refund or replacement promptly, refund payments will be made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Jollypets.com.au.

Returns, refunds or exchanges aren’t permitted for opened food items.

If you receive an order that has been damaged in transit, please send photos of the order as soon as possible along with your order number and name. We’ll assist with resolving the issue.
